Scott Blumenshine
Scott A. Blumenshine is a well-respected attorney in Chicago concentrating his practicein the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance claims and insurer bad faith claims, and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. For over two decades, Mr. Blumenshine has provided skilled and aggressive representation of clients in the areas of his law practice. Serving as Of Counsel to this office since 1997, Mr. Blumenshine handles most of this firm’s personal injury cases, and has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for our clients through settlement, mediation, arbitration and trial.
With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, Mr. Blumenshine received his JD from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1987. Mr. Blumenshine is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and, and has been admitted to the Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Through his active legal practice for over two decades, Mr. Blumenshine has gained extensive experience in his areas of practice, and has won the praises of his clients and the recognition and respect of the legal community.

Mr. Blumenshine also serves as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, for the Mandatory Arbitration Programs of the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Circuit Court of DuPage County; he is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in uninsured and underinsured motorist arbitrations; and he also serves as a Mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution. Mr. Blumenshine is an active member of the following professional associations: Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Assembly of Illinois State Bar Association.
